2) SUPPORT :
Click n Kill offer what it considers to be a high standard of support to every customer when requested on the following services; Submit Ticket and live Support. Our staff will assist you with your problem as quickly as possible.
We will be more than happy to help you configure your server.

3) UN-ACCEPTABLE USE :
Click n Kill insists that our services are not to be used in a manner other than what it is intended to do. Any activity that effects the quality of service to others will be seriously be reviewed by us, This means no Sexual content to be posted on server name or server, Also Server must not contain any links to any other game-hosting company. All activity that may infringe the reputation of Click n Kill will resort to account termination with-out Refund.

4) WEB HOSTING:
Click n Kill offer the best Web Hosting to our customers, We will not accept abuse to our servers by the following; Warez/Torrent Files, Adult or Explicit Material. If these are following conditions are broken then it may lead to suspension or account termination with-out Refund.

5) GAME SERVER HOSTING
Click n Kill offer High Quality Game Servers at Affordable Prices. The server files that are provided to run your game are property of Click n Kill and should not be downloaded to users systems. If you purchase a branded server from us and the � Click n Kill.com� is removed this will lead to your server being disabled by our control panel (you will need to file a support ticket). If you change the amount of slots in your server configuration this can also lead to your server being disabled by our control panel (you will need to file a support ticket).

6) REFUNDS :
Click n Kill services are non refundable unless agreed by Click n Kill.

7) PAYMENTS :
All of our payments are processed through Pay pal. If you intend to pay for any product through Click n Kill then you will need to have a Pay pal account. We do this for the security and safety of both parties, as Pay pal is an insured payment method, Click n Kill will not be held responsible for subscription payments that are kept active if you decided to cancel your services with us.

8) ADVISORY & LEGAL:
Click n Kill reserves the right to:
amend/change/remove/modify/add terms and conditions without prior notice.
